Due to our streamlined processes and our proprietary models, we can offer these services at a less expensive price tag compared to pre-existing tools on the market. Our current case studies have shown that the cost for the HYDROGRID solution amortized within 6 to 9 months, solely by the outperformance achieved through HYDROGRID Insight and efficiency increases not taken into account.

Due to our extensive experience with various types of power plants, our engineers will be able to adequately set-up the standard power plant within ten weeks after signing date. The actual time-frame depends on the complexity of the given power plant as well as how fast our engineers receive the necessary data to calibrate our algorithms. With regular meetings and update notifications, you will always be kept in the loop about the current process while also keeping your internal work load concerning the setup as low as possible - less than two working days for the full setup. Power plants never sleep - and neither does our service. With regular shifts we are always making sure that your power plants are optimized to reach their potential, even on weekends. With our international team, we can currently offer feedback/support in many European languages. Please note that the availability of special support requests depends on your chosen price model.

Our contracts are split into two main phases. For the first four months, we offer a pilot phase at a slightly reduced price for you to test our services and see that we will keep our promises. If you decide that for whatever reason that our solution isn't a good fit for you right now, you can terminate the contract by end of the fourth month. Otherwise, the contract automatically continues as an open-ended contract with a yearly termination option.
